REALTOR ® Beate Wunderer helps people from all over the world to realize their dream of living in Florida by providing excellent knowledge of Cape Coral and the surrounding area, personal attention, and service.
Beate was born in Wolfenbüttel, Germany. Her career began in the hotel industry. Because of her passion for helping people, she became very involved with the Red Cross and held a management position at the headquarters of the Bavarian Red Cross. In addition, she was very active in various parents' councils in the schools.
In 2006, Beate and her family decided it was time to face new challenges and moved from the Bavarian Alps to Seattle, Washington. Through her work in Seattle, she developed a unique understanding of cultures from around the world, which gave her insights into factors that are important for different cultures. She also became a teacher in a private German school and was a tutor for Rosetta Stone for many years. In 2011 they decided to look for a vacation home in Florida, fell in love with Cape Coral and started her new career as a real estate agent. Beate now owns her own brokerage and is a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® and the Royal Palm Coast REALTOR® Association. Beate's hobbies include swimming, inline skating, kayaking, exploring the local canals with her paddleboard, and spending time with family and friends.
