REALTOR Beate Wunderer helps people from around the world realizing their dream of  living in Florida by havening excellent knowledge of Cape Coral, and  surrounding area, providing personal attention and service. You'll never  be just a customer to her !

Beate was born in Wolfenbüttel, Germany.   Her career began in the hospitality industry and as a result of her passion for helping people, she was very involved with the Red Cross, serving in an executive management role at the Bavarian Red Cross HQ.

In 2006, Beate, and her family decided it was time to take on new challenges and made the move from the Bavarian Alps to Seattle, Washington. Through her work in Seattle, she developed a unique understanding of cultures from around the world giving her insight into factors that are important to diverse cultures. Since 2010 she has helped more than 255 U.S. and international new hires, mainly with Amazon.com and Microsoft, with their property searching the Puget Sound area in Washington State.  In 2011 they decided to look for a vacation home in Florida and they fell in love with Cape Coral and started her new career as a Realtor. Beates hobbies include swimming, inline skating, bike riding, Zumba classes, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Beate is holding herself to the highest standard - including continuously seeking further education - to provide the greatest customer service to you.

Ich wurde in Wolfenbüttel, Deutschland geboren und begann meine Karriere in der Hotellerie. Unsere 4 Kinder sind am Schliersee in Bayern aufgewachsen, wo ich stark im Roten Kreuz, den Schulen und in der Wasserwacht engagiert war. 

In 2006 sind wir nach Seattle, WA in den USA gezogen. Durch meine Arbeit als Destination Services Consultant in Seattle, wo ich mehr als 255 US-und internationalen Neueinstellungen, vor allem mit Amazon.com und Microsoft, geholfen habe neues Zuhause zu finden, hat mich den verschiedensten Kulturen näher gebracht. In 2011 beschlossen wir nach einem Ferienhaus in Florida zu suchen und haben uns in Cape Coral verliebt. Es hat nicht lange gedauert, bis ich hier meine Maklerausbildung gemacht habe. Um meinem Kunden den best möglichen Kundenservice zu bieten, bin ich ständig auf der Suche nach Weiterbildung.
