Beate Wunderer betreute uns über einen Zeitraum von insg. 4 Jahre bei der Verwirklichung unseres Traumes einer Florida Immobilie. Angefangen von der Entstehung der Idee über den Grundstückskauf, den Bau der Seawall, Auswahl des Bauunternehmers bis hin zu Schlüsselübergabe betreute sie uns mit viel Engagement und absoluter Kompetenz. Ihre Professionalität sowie ihr sehr angenehmes und freundliches Auftreten machten die Zusammenarbeit zur reinsten Freude. Fragen und Anliegen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet oder erledigt, meist sogar ohne Aufforderung in Eigenregie und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Ihr breit gefächertes Netzwerk hilft individuell gestaltetet Lösungen problemlos zu erarbeiten. Getreu dem Motto „Kunde ist König“ unterstützte Fr. Wunderer uns tatkräftig und half zudem während der gesamten Projektphase mit Anregungen und Ideen bei der Umsetzung und Entstehung unserer einzigartigen Immobilie. Spürbar hoher Wert wird dabei nicht auf Massenabfertigung, sondern auf erstklassige Kundenbetreuung gelegt. Zu jedem Zeitpunkt hat Fr. Wunderer uns durch die unterschiedlichen Projektphasen manövriert und managte alles mit viel Herz, als würde es um ihr eigenes, persönliches Projekt gehen. Selbstverständlich in einer überaus angenehmen und charmanten Art und Weise die heutzutage nur noch schwer zu finden ist. Dies und die gesamte offene Kommunikation vermittelte uns jederzeit das Gefühl an erster Stelle zu stehen und ließ uns die Betreuung durch Fr. Wunderer niemals bereuen. Ganz im Gegenteil, nur durch ihren großartigen Einsatz haben wir die Umsetzung unseres Traumhauses realisieren können. Folgeprojekte werden für uns ohne Frage wieder bei Frau Wunderer in Auftrag geben. Abschließend sei noch erwähnt, dass ihr über alle Maße faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht zu übertreffen ist.

 You can proceed with confidence if Beate is your realtor. She immediately grasped what our home should look like and showed us around many houses, pointing out their pros and cons. That is to say, she never talks you into something you’d better not do. The home we eventually purchased was put on the market the night before we headed home, and she managed to arrange a showing for 8 o’clock the next morning, which is so typical of her prompt reactions and her reliability. She carefully monitored the buying process and helped us resolve practical problems that we, as Europeans, were not familiar with. She was always aware of the concerns that could accompany a purchase that is so different from what we were used to, and she explained every step. Even after the purchase, she went the extra mile, giving us valuable advice when we wanted to make some adjustments in the house.

 We are very happy about our new house. Our broker Ms. Wunderer looked after us very well. We were positively surprised by her good preparation and information about the properties she showed us.  Our many questions were always answered quickly and showings were arranged fast. She was always very detailed on all questions.  She was always on time, reliable and very nice.  We were able to negotiate a fair price for the house with her because the saleswoman also found Ms. Wunderer sypathetic.  We will definitely buy our next property again with Mrs. Wunderer.  We are happy to be in Florida.

 Beate did a tremendous job selling my home I was living in for the last 10 years.
